About Janeen

I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space as I guide clients to feel more in control and less anxious in navigating life’s challenges. I am my client's partner towards feeling CALM and in CONTROL of their life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Health and Wellness Coach with 13 years of experience.

My clients say they feel hopeful and have a plan after just the first session. In addition to a counselor, I am a health and wellness coach who incorporates positive psychology and solution-focused approaches into traditional counseling. My goal is to be your partner to gain clarity for what you want, discover what holds you back and gain confidence to move forward.

Services

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes and provide a warm, safe space to address challenges such as anxiety, depression or trauma.

 

We will focus on developing strategies such as mindfulness, positive psychology, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and solution-focused therapy to confront past and current challenges.

Life Coaching

Coaching sessions are 50 minutes and focus on partnering with the client to go from good to great. Together we will develop a life vision,  long term and short term goals using positive psychology and motivational interviewing strategies.

Person-Centered

A person-centered approach provides the conditions necessary for change and personal growth to occur.  I provide an empathetic and understanding space where I am your partner and facilitate you discovering your own answers. 

Solution-Focused

While exploring a client's challenges is helpful, what is most important is helping my clients feel more in control and moving forward toward their goals. Solution-focused therapy focuses on developing solutions versus focusing on the problems.   

Mindfulness-Based

Mindfulness-based strategies help a client become more present and aware of their negative thought patterns.  Instead, clients learn to accept and observe the thoughts without harmful judgment.

What services do you offer?

I use Spruce Health which is a HIPPA-secure platform. Prior to our first meeting, I will send you instructions to join the platform at no cost.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Scheduling an appointment with me is easy. Simply email me at hello@janeensavini.com to book a complimentary 20-minute consultation. I schedule clients early morning and evening during the week, and Saturday AM.

How do I pay?

I accept both out of pocket payment and insurance coverage through Cigna and x.
